FAQ
Questions
Is the coach a real person?
No. Replies come from a configured AI provider, or from a clearly labeled simulated coach when no provider is set.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen where the browser allows a progressive web app.
What if I cannot use the microphone?
Type every reply. Voice is optional, and every feature works with text.
Are scores an official test?
No. Any number in a role-play report is an estimate from that conversation, not a certificate and not a pronunciation grade.
What happens to recordings?
The default is to keep transcripts and learning notes, not audio. Audio retention stays off unless an administrator enables a retention period and you consent.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete a session, dismiss a learning note, or delete the whole account from Settings.
