Delete your account

Deletion removes the account and the learning records tied to it. It cannot be undone.

If you know the password

  1. Log in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Delete account, enter the password and confirm.

That removes the user, profile, sessions, transcripts, plan, learning notes, and subscription rows. Administrator accounts are not deleted from that form.

If you signed in with Google only

The delete form checks a password. A Google-only account does not have one you chose, so the form cannot confirm it. Send a contact message with the topic “Privacy and deletion” from the same email address, and ask for the account to be deleted.

If you cannot log in

Use Forgot password when mail delivery is configured. When it is not, use the contact form and include the email on the account.
